Description

A cozy cottage on Upper Cormorant Lake is awaiting visitors. This freshly updated cottage with new furniture and appliances is waiting for summer vacationers. The large lake side deck off the kitchen and living room comes ready for grilling and relaxing.

Walk a few steps down the lawn to a sandy shoreline for a quick swim. All 107 feet is sand and hard bottom. Have those lake volleyball games here. If you love fishing, the end of the dock is deep enough to catch pan fish or head out to the larger lake for walleyes. When you are ready to relax, build that evening bon fire lakeside and have a wonderful view of setting sun. When the weather is chilly, build a fire in the wood burning fireplace and curl up with a good book on the comfortable couches in the living room.

Children will love the special upper bedroom that is reached by climbing a “secret ladder”. The upstairs loft is a wonderful children’s play area on a rainy day. The kitchen has a snack island and the dining area with sunny windows and room for everyone to eat inside. The best part is the location, within 30-40 minutes of Fargo Moorhead.
